I recently interviewed with KOSEC for an HR Recruitment position, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The first round was an assessment that I spent three full days working on. I was then selected for the next round, but at no point did the invite email mention that it would be a group interview. We were told on the spot that it was meant to help them get to know us on a more “personal” level.When we arrived, all they asked us to do was introduce ourselves. They briefly spoke about the company and then took a few questions. They said we would hear back within a week regarding the outcome of the interview, but no one ever got back to us. I followed up with the HR representative responsible, and even then, I received no response.As someone who works in recruitment myself, the least you can do is inform candidates if you’re not moving forward with them—especially after two rounds of interviews and a time-consuming assessment. There was a complete lack of transparency and professionalism throughout the process. It really makes you question how committed they are to their stated value of transparency.Overall, it was a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend interviewing with this company.
