My interaction with KPI began as I applied to a job advertisement they had posted online and these interactions were almost exclusively over the phone with Hannah Baron. Every conversation I had with Hannah was extremely friendly and constructive towards helping me through the application process. I would have regular communication with Hannah regarding my initial application, conveyance of successfully receiving an interview, advice for the interview as well learning my ultimate success with securing the role. Any concerns I had throughout the process were handled well in a friendly manner and I even received a congratulatory card through the post written by Hannah as a nice personal touch to proceedings. The only other individual I had contact with was Lydia Green who was also very friendly over email and so I cannot negatively criticise any of the staff at KPI in any regard. I can honestly say there were no negative aspects to my interactions with KPI, they aided me with my application, acted as an effective intermediary throughout the process and this ultimately resulted in a successful outcome for myself. As a final conclusion, all I can say is thank you to Hannah, Lydia and the team at KPI!
