Kris and his company KP Stone was recommended to me by a colleague who had her kitchen and bathroom worktops supplied and installed by him. My husband and I always try and have work carried out by recommended tradespeople and companies but that isn’t always possible so I wanted to review thiscompany and the work carried out as I think it would be helpful for anyone looking up such companies without having been recommended personally as we were. I made an appointment for Kris to come to my home after having an initial telephone conversation with him, briefly outlining what we were looking for and hoped to achieve . The appointment was made, he came to our home and after a short while and having gone through and looked at some previous visual work carried out by him and his colleague we agreed that measurements were to be taken for a quote to be supplied for the stone we chose. We received the quote a few days later with a couple of different stone options as an alternative choice if we wished to go cheaper or more expensive therefore outlining a number of options. We made our choice and was happy to proceed with the chosen stone and for Kris to carry out the installation, I personally must add his product and technical knowledge was great and we felt confident that we would get the job carried out to the standard we wanted. KP Stone’s quote was not the first we had received for the supply and installation but when we received it, it was surprisingly better than two quotes we had had for an overlay top and bearing in mind Kris supplies solid worktops it was in fact amazing. From site visit to templating and finally through to installation the whole process was honestly hassle free and at times we expected a problem but nothing did arise. I wanted to review Kris’s company and work today as my husband and I are so pleased with the end result and his can-do attitude and willingness to go out of his way to help us achieve our end result of the most beautiful kitchen worktop and his pride in his work is visible in the final end result and we cannot recommend Kris highly enough.
