Sadly, our experience with the agency was disappointing from beginning to end. We were promised high-quality content and backlinks as part of their SEO services, but received low-effort, AI-generated articles and irrelevant backlinks that offered no value. The main issue was communication; it took them ten days to respond to our quality concerns, and even then, there was no accountability. It often felt like we were chasing them for minimal follow-through on agreed deliverables. We share this review for transparency, hoping to inform other businesses about what to expect.
