Right now I am in the middle of a cancellation/shipping process with this company as of December 31, 2021 AND I FEEL I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.The status of my shipment has remained the same since the beginning of the purchase.I am desperate with this whole situation. Right now I have a nephew dying of cancer and this situation just adds more stress to my life ....It takes them a thousand days to respond to an email.At this point I don't want the products anymore, I just want them to cancel the order and give me my money back and I can concentrate on what really matters to me which is being with my family.I really don't understand how a relatively new company that is not cheap and with the competition in the market doesn't take more care of customer service and manage or invest more in efficient shipping systems.A pity because I really wanted to try their products
