I checked my packages order status and it says it’s delivered. But I never received my product I checked outside and the mailbox. I asked my neighbors none of them had it. I am so disappointed because this isn’t the first time I had a bad interaction with their delivering services. Last time I had to argue with the post office just to get my product that they never delivered last time. I had to pick it up from the post office. Remember this was last time. This time I never received my product and the company Krave beauty just only refunded my shipping cost not my products cost. I contacted the post office and sent them emails none of them replied. AT THE END OF TODAY I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT AND THIS WHOLE PURCHASE WAS A SCAM. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with buying skincare products online. I’m never ordering from Krave beauty anymore I just lost it.
