After waiting forever for them to arrive, the garlands are NOTHING like the pictures. I bought three and they came in a plastic bag wadded up the size of a basketball. They shed/break off. I tried to return…as they SAY can be done, but they mess around; say I have to pay to ship them back plus pay and environmental fee of $30-$40; or they offered to “let me keep them for $15 back.”I’m calling my credit card company to have the charges reversed for fraudulent advertising/faulty product/failure to honor posted information for 100% satisfaction.I notified the company they could send me a paid shipping label if they want them back.
