Our local store (Mansfield, TX) has been on a steep decline for the past 3 years.Their internal shoppers (for pickup) don't look very hard and are quick to 'out of stock' your item. To which we park, go in, find the item, and check out.They almost never have staffed registers, instead forcing customers to self-checkout. The lines can be 20-30 people deep depending on the time of day.I've complained to Kroger via social media, and have only received canned responses. No changes have been made at this store to improve.
