All of a sudden, (60 days ago) am no longer getting my Best Customer Bonus, Best Customer Exclusive, Boost Member Exclusive nor my Savings for You coupons dropped into my online account. They just went away. I tried a Chat and got nowhere, I sent an e-mail 3 weeks ago - no response. I called again today and got through to an actual Human employee named Kishma (little language barrier) she said she would check with her supervisor. Comes back and says you will get them back starting on 7/1/24. I asked why did this happen, response don't know you will get them back on 7/1/24. I asked her to please find out what was happening, she says I can't my supervisor didn't tell me. I asked to her ask her supervisor, she said NO. I asked to speak with her supervisor, she said NO. Then would not hang up the phone nor would she speak to me when I spoke to her.
