This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company in a very long time. The product purchased were the crate clips and the plastic was peeling when it arrived along with it being not even close to a tight fit once assembled. It took multiple days to hear back regarding a return and once I did get a response I had to pay for shipping costs (not a big deal). Then it took me to message him about the status of the return (2.5 weeks later) before the refund was initiated. In the refund receipt the cost of shipping I initially paid was deducted from the return. So I essentially lost half of what I paid. Absolutely horrible service and I highly recommend not wasting your time or money.
