Now, let me be honest and let you know the display had about 7 pixels that had issues. I sent proof to the customer support service and they said - We will send you a replacement. Their support team was very polite and professional. I sent back the product and KTC EU covered the shipping. Within 24 hours of receiving the product they sent a replacement and it arrived in about one week. The replacement is spotless and I have no issues. I am very grateful for their support, understanding, and sending a replacement. I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
