Worst frigging experience I ever had buying electronic goods from a company!I bought a set of two (2) KTC Q24T09 monitors from "ktcplay.eu".On their website they advertise the monitor with a sleek and minimal "trident" logo but the actual product I received has a big ugly "KTC" logo on it.The refresh rate is advertised as 180hz but in reality I am getting a maximum of 144hz. There is no fault on my part regarding necessary specs to achieve the output.Their service + return and refund policy is very bad. Only 14 days + you have to pay the return yourself!I reached out to them about these issues and they don't seem to care about the misleading advertisement regarding the logo and refresh rate on their website. I have screenshots of all these things.So long story short, I don't recommend this company.Edit: They don't even respond anymore... According to their website, one has to request a return and refund process. After asking them many times via email they just stopped responding.
