So I ordered this for my sons birthday which it didn't arrive and I still haven't recieved this item to date. Contacted seller whi h says courier delivered this item left at back door. Which wasn't there when I got home from work. I was talking to courier when this item was meant to be delivered I offered to leave my garage unlocked to leave this item in my garage which they said they couldn't as required a signature but on the day of delivery they decide to leave outside and didn't get a signature and now I'm left with no item and down the money. So under consumer rights act 2015 the seller is responsible for this issue and that act states that a picture of item left outside is not proof of delivery as I have not physically recieved the item. But seller has basically said not there issue so in a dispute with the payment provider ie bank to get this dispute settled. This whole transaction from the get go was a shambles fair enough was all the couriers fault but the fact the seller doesn't know the consumer right act 2015 astonishes me.So after waiting far too long my payment provider has managed to get me my money this has went on since November now into January but least I got my mo ey back for the item I never recieved. Could have been resolved long ago if the company knew the consumer rights act 2015 they would have known the courier was at fault.
