I already had a waterproof hoodie. It is definitely waterproof and cosy. My husband has one as well and they are brilliant for winter dog walks. Let's be honest, they are not really a fashion statement, but they absolutely do the job they are designed to do. Given that I have bought more to give as birthday presents.
