Excellent service received from Becky Allen, I had an issue with a product item from a different supplier, to then find out that Kudos were in the process of manufacturing the same style product, I contacted Kudos for some guidance to see if their product would fit the shower tray we had already installed as it was for a pentangle shape enclosure. Becky confirmed their product was in the process of manufacturing and would be available soon, but no instructions available at that point. I waiting a couple of weeks and then I received an email from Becky sending over the instructions, I hadn't even prompted the response so she had me on a list of follow ups and sent them as soon as they came available which I was really impressed with. I then asked if their Pentangle Enclosure would fit the shower tray from a different supplier that we had already installed and Becky confirmed that yes the enclosure would work. I met with my clients this morning and gave them this alternative option and they were very pleased with the solution and agreed to proceed which means I can now finish the job with assurance.I have since processed my order with my distributor, and Becky has even come back to me and confirmed that Kudos has received the order.Becky you are a great asset to Kudos delivering the customer service that is so important and greatly appreciated.Good luck
