Everything was easy setting up, getting phone calls and emails great support - until I wanted my money. 15 days and I’m still fighting with them to get it. Told to contact my bank there’s no transaction reaching it from them. They don’t answer the phone or emails. Finally get hold of someone on a live chat to be told they will send confirmation again.. but no money still and bank has stated there is absolutely nothing coming in from them. Honestly the aggravation this has caused I wish I never used this company. Update - on live chat I’m to send my bank statement to prove that I’m not lying despite speak to my bank twice stating no money coming from them! They refuse to track payment their end or do any work to find this money just accuse myself of lying! So I have to wait another day for my mid month bank statement I get one monthly but requested one for today’s date. I sent proof of all money coming into my account this month - wasn’t good enough either! Pulling my hair out.
