Could give zero stars if it was possible. Sent in a withdrawal request of INITIAL DEPOSIT to SAME CRYPTO ADDRESS. On their website it says 1-3 business days. After 3 business days i contacted support, they said it will be completed on Friday (+2 business days). Then on Friday when i asked again, the response is yet again 2-5 business days. I don't think I need to say more at this point. Initial deposit refund via crypto is almost always instant unless they are doing something shady in the back end.
I'm pretty sure they are in violation of regulations and not segregating client funds. They are likely using the customer deposits thinking customer will lose it all (B-Book model) and then if someone asks to withdraw, make them wait 2 weeks until another customer deposits funds. This is also known as ponzi scheme.
