I ordered a KuKirin G4 from kugooescooters.eu on June 13th, and I only received it on July 15th, more than a month later. The delay alone was frustrating, but what’s worse is that the scooter arrived either broken or with the wrong charger.The scooter does not charge at all. I compared the charger with a friend’s KuKirin G4 charger and noticed that mine has lower specifications: 54.6V and 109.2W, while his charger outputs 67.2V and 134.4W. This leads me to believe I may have been sent the wrong charger.If that’s not the issue, I honestly have no idea what else could be wrong, but it’s unacceptable to receive a product this expensive that I can’t even use after waiting over a month.I’ve already contacted support and hope they can resolve this quickly.If the issue is indeed the charger or anything else that can be resolved, and everything is finally sorted out, I’ll be happy to update this review.Otherwise, I will be forced to take further action.Update:I had already contacted support before leaving this review. EVEN BEFORE their public reply on Trustpilot, I emailed clearly explaining that the charger I received is incorrect (54.6V / 109.2W instead of 67.2V / 134.4W) WITH VIDEO AND PHOTO PROOFS.The response I got was completely unrelated to my issue: they asked for my weight, battery range, and mentioned an “E4 error” that supposedly requires replacing the accelerator dial, none of which I ever mentioned or have any problem with. My scooter simply does not charge at all because the charger is wrong.This lack of attention to my actual problem is unacceptable. I want the correct charger sent immediately, without any more irrelevant or misleading replies.I expect a prompt and concrete solution.
