Since then, I have received no emails, no tracking number, and absolutely no updates on the status of my order.I’ve tried contacting their customer support multiple times, but there has been no response whatsoever. It’s completely unacceptable for a company selling high-value products to leave customers in the dark after taking their money.At this point, I have no idea if I’ll ever receive the scooter or if I’ve just been scammed.Very disappointed. I do not recommend buying from this company. Avoid them if you expect any form of communication or professionalism.
