I purchased a long zip-up jacket advertised as 'cozy premium fleece.' While the website and tags claim it is premium fleece, the inner tags indicate it's 100% polyester. The material is quite thin and doesn't meet the quality expected for a $150 item. The website photos suggest it appears thicker and cozier than it actually is. I'm very disappointed! Had I seen it in person, I wouldn't have bought it. I tried it on but couldn’t zip it up. The bag states that cutting off the large tag voids the return policy, which seems unfair. This notice should be on the actual tag, not just the bag. Is this even legal? Additionally, customers must pay for returns, even if the item is defective. I checked the website reviews but should have looked at other review platforms as well!
