I asked for a refund or a discount for a replacement, but received no reply. I used to favor another brand, but due to declining quality, I thought I would try this one. In hindsight, I would have been better off buying two pairs from the other brand for the same price as one pair of these pants, which typically lasted much longer and were significantly cheaper. Don’t be misled by a high price; research thoroughly before making a purchase. Since my experience, I've seen that reviews for this brand average around 2 stars out of 5, with many being even lower.
