I ordered a sparring set for my son which was incorrect items. ALL were returned unused and I did expect and accept the 15% restocking fee my balance was further debited more than that. I did call and inquire about the return difference and was threatened to have total reduced because the original packaging for each item in entire set was not included. I indicated that there were all but 2 individual plastic "packs" included to which he proceeded to let me know he can STILL return all and keep my money.
