I placed my order just over 10 weeks ago. Last week I received an email that my order was "not properly scanned", and may be delayed by 1-2 days. There is a link in this email to the tracking page and it shows the order is moving. I don't mind a delay, as long as I get my order; everything is fine so far. The same day I get another email saying my order is shipped, including three links to different tracking pages on the kunstloft website; none of them worked properly. I assume my order is still on the way after the first email though.Some days later, I check the tracking page from the first email and it says the delivery failed due to missing information and will be returned. ...why? I was home the entire time, they did not attempt a delivery. I do not think the order was even shipped remotely near me. Why is there missing information? Did Kunstloft just forget to write the address on the package? Why? Why? I get no communication from either Kunstloft or the courier. I cannot even reschedule the delivery.Today I get another email from Kunstloft saying "thank you for returning your order" I did not ever receive my order, and if I did, I would not return it. It says they will refund me for it. I do not want a refund, I want my order.After another email exchange it turns out the customs documentation was not correct, so they will try again with better documentation. I will update this again when more progress has been made.A week after the above update, the order was again sent, and again returned to Kunstloft. This company is -completely- incompetent, and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying anything from them. The chance of them just failing entirely to send your order properly is extremely high, and you will probably just be wasting your time. You will not receive your order. It's basically a scam.
