Booked our honeymoon through kuoni. Spent £6k to end up in a mouse infested room for multiple nights. I ended up battling with the hotel myself, and I wanted to move hotel but kuoni made it too difficult to do that. I spent over half of our honeymoon arguing and having meetings about the rodent infested room. I ended up negotiating myself a 1 night refund from the hotel, equivalent to 6.6%. For having lost over half our honeymoon. Our once in a lifetime most special holiday. I contacted them afterwards and they told me they were satisfied with the compensation I got. Absolutely shocking. Do not trust them with any holiday. ESPECIALLY not a honeymoon.
