I ordered a jacket which costs a lot. With such price, I expect customer service to be good and professional. But, they were very rude and unprofessional. The packaging came damaged, but the inside were fine. Cute and personal packaging. Quality is very good too. Just as I was writing this review, someone complimented my jacket 🤍
