I am extremely disappointed with Kuose’s refusal to take responsibility for a clear technical glitch in their checkout system (Order #KSTW189480).
Despite my account's Default Address and Billing Address being correctly set to Australia, their system incorrectly dispatched my order to Belgium. Most shockingly, the shipping label they generated includes my Australian (+61) phone number alongside a Belgian street address.
A logically sound system should flag a country-code mismatch of this magnitude. Because of this error, the local courier in Belgium cannot contact me, making delivery impossible.
Customer service has been unhelpful, suggesting I "arrange forwarding" from a country I do not live in. I am a PhD student in Australia and have no way to facilitate this. I have provided clear screenshots of my correct address settings, yet they continue to blame the payment provider rather than fixing their own data mismatch.
Potential customers should be wary: if their system glitches, they will expect you to pay for it. I am now forced to pursue a bank chargeback.
