I ordred an A0 poster on 7 October, printed on canvas cotton. I was told on 19 October my delivery was lost in the post and they had no more cotton paper but I would be refunded the difference to be printed on normal paper and an "apology" poster would be sent along with my initial poster to mitigate the inconvenience. No refund was given but the two posters were couriered, now for a second time but again, no delivery was made even though the courier company claimed delivery was made (but could provide no evidence, photos etc)Mayna (allegedly from Kuriosis) then started to email me to apologise once again, emailing me from a gmail.com account and asking for my bank details to refund me. I informed her that I had already ordered the frame for the A0 poster and either to send me what I had ordered or refund me for the frame and poster. But she continues to ignore me after multiple emails. 39 days later, I have no refund, no response to emails, no posters, and am still wondering if this is a scam company, they have been hacked by scammers hence gmail and wanting my bank details in UK or are just completely inept and couldn't care less about their clients and just take your money with no accountability or consequence. Very boring to have to go through Visa for a double refund and the German equivalent of the small claims courts if Visa fails.
