I attempted to send a postcard through the service, but ended up with multiple pending transactions on my card charged to a dubious entity, and I couldn't leave a message on their contact platform. Upon further investigation, it appears the company has a director with a troubling history. I reached out via email to both the company and the service but received no reply. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using either.
