I don't want to mean but using there service is a everyday torture. They Hold Payments and tell us to call the customer and ask about there bank information, really? I mean you want us to do your job. I appreciate the verification and compliance but I cant call my customer and ask. I have every document to share with them, Bill of Lading, Insurance certificate and even the invoice from authorize.net. They have the worst customer service and technical guys. They are mean, harsh and rude. Feels like I am stuck with them. I don't know who is handling this company but they really need to learn how other merchants work. They have $25 fee every month and then there is a minimum fee of $49.50 and then 10% hold on every payment and hidden charges. We are making a living here and they have made it hell for us. Please do not sign up a contract with them, they have a hidden exit fee of $600. Please be aware.
