I had a very disappointing experience with this company.Initially, we signed an agreement that clearly mentioned a 10% reserve, which we accepted in good faith. However, without any prior notice, warning, or written amendment, the company suddenly placed a 100% reserve hold on our account.All of our sales proceeds were fully held, which made it impossible to continue operations or provide services. There was no advance communication, no opportunity to resolve the issue beforehand, and no transparency.Even after the company deducted the required amount from the reserve and confirmed that the reserve was cleared, they continued to hold the funds and extended the hold period by 14 days. This effectively shut down our business operations.Placing a full reserve without notice and holding funds after recovery is unfair, disruptive, and unprofessional. This kind of practice creates serious cash-flow issues and puts merchants in an impossible position.I would strongly advise other businesses to read the terms very carefully and be cautious before trusting this company with their funds.
