It's frustrating to be asked to do their job. While I understand the need for verification and compliance, I can't reach out to my customers for this information. I have all the necessary documents ready, including the Bill of Lading, Insurance certificate, and the invoice from the payment processor. Their customer service and technical support are subpar; they come across as unfriendly and unhelpful. It feels like I'm trapped with them. Whoever manages this company needs to understand how other businesses operate. They charge a monthly fee of $25, a minimum fee of $49.50, a 10% hold on each payment, and various hidden charges. We're trying to earn a living, and they have made it extremely difficult. I strongly advise against signing a contract with them, as there is a hidden exit fee of $600. Please be cautious.
