I recommend do not make any purchases or conduct any type of business with the kushcargo.com website. Product website does not accurately reflect the products in-stock. After placing my order and not receiving it after 3 weeks I contacted kushcargo.com customer service and was told via email my items ordered we not in stock and would be available by weeks end. I allowed another to receive my products and never received them. I reached out again to customer service to inquire about my shipment again. Unfortunately it took several extra days to receive a response from kushcargo.com. The customer service is below average, mediocre at best. The expectation to provide solutions or to resolve the issue was never met. More excuses and more delays was the information I was provided. At one point I was offered to switch out my products for something different in stock. I agreed to the change and waited.....Two weeks pass and still no shipment arrived. I contacted kushcargo.com customer service again to be told.....Sorry we don't have the other products in-stock to switchout your order. Truly one of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever had. Kushcargo.com you need to step your game up and do better. I would not recommend using kushcargo.com for any of your tobacco smoking or periphinailya headshop needs. Do some research read reviews and chose wisely. Kushcargo.com is a thumbs down 👎 .
