I have to admit that I am extremely disappointed. I did not expect to be treated this way as a customer who has been loyal for over 10 years.
The way I was handled, and especially the way certain features were suddenly disabled on my account, is simply absurd. There was no proper explanation, no real support, and no consideration for the long-standing relationship I have had as a customer.
I am writing this as a warning to others: be careful and do not place full trust in large, system-driven corporations like Kustom. Loyalty clearly does not guarantee fair treatment, and decisions can be made without transparency or accountability.
This experience has significantly damaged my trust in this payment system.
