We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus.From the initial design meeting with Craig every step has been easy and stress free.Craig spend many hours with me making sure I was happy with the design and never once was I pressurised to place an order or pay a deposit. He was so very patient, took on board my comments and designed my dream kitchen.Everybody went above and beyond and were always on hand to answer any questions.Our kitchen arrived on time along with all the appliances thanks to Kates organisation. She also answered any questions about the delivery and warranty’s.Craig made sure to speak with our fitter about the plans etc making sure the fitter was familiar with everything before he started.We also had a few queries once underway and it was no trouble for someone to come along in person to take a look and advise.We are absolutely delighted with our kutchenhaus kitchen and have received many complementary comments from visitors.The quality of the units is superb and the attention to detail in the design process makes not only the kitchen look great but makes sure it suits our lifestyle and meets our brief.We choose our worktop through kutchenhaus at the same time, and are so pleased we did. The templating and fitting was all organised by them and the fitting is a first class job.A big thank you Craig, Kate Josh and everyone at Petts Wood show room for your hard work patience and organisation..It was a real joy to work with you all.
