Yesterday, ST Courier contacted me and informed that my area is not serviceable and asked me to come and collect the parcel from a location nearly 15 km away from my residence.However, at the time of placing the order, my pincode was clearly provided and checked for delivery availability, and I was charged an additional ₹150 specifically for doorstep delivery.If my area is genuinely not serviceable, this should have been informed before confirming the order and collecting delivery charges.
