I have been having a very bad experience with kuveyt turk. Every month I'm facing delays in receiving my wire transfer. I have colleagues from other banks who receive their salaries on the same day it's sent. Only I have to wait for days to receive my money.This month the problem has been worse, the money transfer was sent to me on 9-12-2024. However, until this moment (13-12-2024), no money was received. Even though I contacted your customer care twice on 11-12-2024 and 12-12-2024 when I was assured in both calls that i would receive the money during the day as it was received by the bank and it was waiting to be approved by some manager!! And another day has passed without me getting my money.This happens every month. You gotta understand that people have commitments! I have to pay my rent and my credit card debt .. and now I have to pay interest for my credit card debt that I cannot pay because your bank is delaying the transfer. I'm losing money here because of your unprofessional attitude and fake promises .. and of course, no one is gonna compensate my loss.Probably no one is even gonna read this complaint but I regret being a customer of this bank for years .. you have been making my experience with you unbearable!!! Please transfer my money so that I can finally close this account and find a decent bank that appereciates it's clients
