The place we just stayed at was as described — fully kosher with labeled meat/dairy sides and lots of Shabbos essentials already there. It was super clean and well-kept. We had a small issue getting in touch with the host about the WiFi, but Kvation stepped in and the host responded right away. Would definitely book with them again!
