Ordered a chandelier and it took about 3 months to arrive. We paid an electrician to fit it but he wasn’t able to put it together as it was made so poorly. There was a snapped piece of plastic on one of the lightbulb holders and one of the arms didn’t screw in. I submitted photos and a video of this to customer support who simply suggested ‘just put the arm back in’. I requested a refund but they only offered a replacement, which I didn’t want because I don’t trust the quality and don’t want to wait another 3 months for delivery. I again requested a refund and asked that they send me a returns label. They told me that the high cost of the return would be too much for me to pay (sorry, you’re supposed to pay for it with a faulty item?), and offered me instead a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the item. Dreadful service - I’m not lying about the item being faulty and have sent proof, why does it even matter if I don’t send it back? I’ve ended up having to accept the replacement item because I didn’t want to deal with them any longer. If the next one works I don’t know if I’ll trust it to not burn my house down to be honest.
