Bought a branch chandelier, 12th December, arrived 27th April. I emailed them to ask where it was, different replies. It turns out it was dispatched mid February not December. So I patiently waited, and waited. I got fed up and asked them for an end date, for when it was supposed to arrive, they said the last day would be 27th April, it arrived that very day (unfortunately). The packaging was a joke. The branches were put in clear individual plastic bags, a few bits of broken up polystyrene, a big polystyrene outer layer for them to rattle around in, then box. I emailed a picture saying 'sadly it's arrived today and one of the branches has snapped off, what can I do etc?'. They emailed back asking to unpack everything and take another photo, as there's hardly any damage. I asked if they were joking? And sent another photo - awaiting response....
