When I entered the item and typed my questions your associate took 15 minutes to answer and then asked me for the precise information of the item, which I had entered already before my questions. Then when your associate came back I was asked for the item number, which I had entered already. So I entered the item name and number again (x3 already) and what I needed to know, which I had entered already also. Thus I entered my questions again. Then your associate stated that the item number was not correct so I entered the item number once again. Then I was told that the item was not available and then was advised that the item was out of stock. So, why does your company still advertise an item that you do not have anymore? Needless to say I will never order anything from your company. You have very bad customer service.
