I placed an order, never received the product and was promised a refund in writing. I have now had 13 separate emails from their customer service department promising me a refund, but it has not arrived. This has been going on for 3 months. I have tried everything, but they now just ignore me. I cant find an address or phone number for them or where they are registered as a company, it is really shocking and disappointing that this type of thing is allowed to happen and they seemingly can just get away with it. Very, very disappointing
