They sent a product that didn't work.Then ask for a video as proof.Then ask for another video.Then promised 'We will send a replacement asap'.2 month gone no replacement and several emails promissing it's on it's way.Then I ask for my money back.I have now been waiting for another 2+ months for the money and they just keep promising 'they are on their way'.Be aware their customer service is extremely good at keepimng you waiting, but it's all 'hot air'. Nothing happens. They will probably reply here also (again and again) with a kind 'money is on it's way, sorry'.So stay away it's a fake company all the way through.
