I wish I have read all the reviews before ordering a gift basket for my husband on Fathers Day. Every single item in that box was not what I ordered. I paid more to upgrade the basic basket and they sent whatever they wanted... I don't think they even take the time to read their customers orders or comments. Don't waste your time and money. Customer service is awful. First they asked me to send pictures of the wrong items, and the whole box, which I did for NOTHING! Next email was explaining that I agreed that there could be changes and they are not going to give any refund.
