I chose to book through them to avoid the hassle. After booking, I expected minimal contact, but they stayed in touch at every step. Upon our arrival in Jeddah, they confirmed we had arrived and ensured we found our waiting taxi, and checked in on us even though it was quite late. The same level of care was provided for our travel to Madina. I would rate their customer service a 6/5 if I could, it was that great. When we needed to make changes to our booking a month before going, Zubair was patient and very helpful, spending a long time sorting out the details and explaining everything clearly. I would absolutely recommend this company. All my communication was handled via messaging, as I don’t live locally and have young children, making it challenging for lengthy phone calls. The process was seamless, and there’s an online portal for viewing invoices, which is very convenient.
