I had an opportunity to learn more about the Business development role. The only downside was communication was not always effective. Also no reflection sessions were held for people to learn what the mistakes were. Ultimately leading to a repetition of mistakes.

The management can be helpful at times but there was a huge communication gap between the interns specifically market research interns and the management. The assignment description was not very specific which made it difficult to nderstand the purpose of those assignments. Also when doubts were asked we were told to talk to the head and then getting a meeting set with the head was a difficult task
