When it arrived, it had multiple scratches, marks, tarnished hardware, very obvious on red patent leather. I genuinely don’t understand why it was described as immaculate when it clearly wasn’t.The presenter on TikTok avoided my questions during the live, which I should’ve taken as a warning sign. Customer support was completely unhelpful when I raised the issue. the bag was packaged with no care at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if the poor packaging caused even more scratches.
