I ordered something over 9 days ago and paid for next-day delivery. I didn’t hear anything until I emailed them to check when I would receive it. They replied that they were waiting for a reply from Royal Mail to find the package, which took over 2 days. Still, the same issue.If they had informed me immediately, I could have found an alternative item for my holiday. I wouldn’t use them again, and we still don’t know where my parcel is.
