I ordered two different shirts and wanted to return one due to its lackluster quality. I accessed their return portal but found that they only offered UPS returns, which is inconvenient for me in Sweden. I had to contact them to request a Schenker label instead. After sending back the return, they sent me the exact same shirt again, which I couldn't prevent. We had to repeat the process, but at least the issue is resolved now. The other technical knitted shirt feels great, is high quality, and looks really good—just to my taste. However, I wish they offered an option with shorter sleeves, as I often find myself pulling them up. I wear a regular size M, standing at 170 cm and weighing 85 kg.
