I purchased a brush as a gift and was disappointed by how it arrived. It was packaged in a paper envelope with no padding via international shipping, and the product packaging arrived very damaged.At this price point, this is extremely disappointing. I contacted customer service and was told they could not offer a resolution. When I offered an option to send me a case and I would pay shipping, I was once again told there was nothing they can do. The responses were obviously AI generated, another example of the overall disregard for customer experience from this company. When I asked for a customer service number in my 3rd email, they never responded. The brush may be great, but the packaging and customer service are sub par for a brand trying to position themselves at this level.Web 174486Update: After posting this review, I heard from customer service and was given a discount off my next order. I appreciate the gesture and hope they will work on these issues. It is a nice product and my sister was very happy with it. It is unfortunate that is being overshadowed by the shipping and customer service issues. I’ve updated my rating to reflect their responsiveness.
