I have never written a poor review but here goes. I ordered my brush on Nov 10(for a Christmas gift) and it has been stuck in Memphis since Nov 17. I have reached out to customer service serval times and they were not helpful at all. When I asked for a refund(twice now) or a new shipment, they completely shut down. Initially they asked for a photo of my ID and a sworn statement confirming I had not received the package which I thought was strange and of course refused to share my personal information.
